2. Beta Phase

The service is available free of charge during the beta phase. At this stage, SpamProtect.me may experience instabilities, interruptions, or changes without prior notice. We do not guarantee service availability, email delivery, or filter effectiveness.

3. User Responsibility

By using SpamProtect.me, you agree to:

• Not use the service for unlawful purposes or to bypass spam filters on third-party domains.
• Ensure that the domains you add are owned by you or that you have authorization to manage their MX records.
• Monitor your emails and properly configure your destination mail server.

4. Limitations and Disclaimer

During the beta phase, SpamProtect.me is not responsible for email delivery failures, lost messages, false positives, or false negatives.

The service is provided “as is,” without any express or implied warranties.

There is no SLA (Service Level Agreement) during the beta phase.

5. Data Collection

We may collect minimal information for technical and statistical purposes, such as IP addresses, domains in use, email volume, and spam patterns. No email content is permanently stored.

6. Termination or Changes

We reserve the right to:

• Modify or discontinue the service at any time.
• Block access to users who violate these terms.
